Hello,
Does anyone know if you can do weekends breaks to turkey???
Would really appriciate it if anyone could help?

Of course, depends what your home country is. I've seen 3-day trips to Istanbul from Amsterdam and I think you can do any trip to many cities as long as you are willing to pay a high price for a regular flight. Package deals to other places than Istanbul are most only 8 days or longer - in my country.

Ok thanks, im wanting to go from Manchester to Dalaman (then on to marmaris), does anyone know what flights do weekends? or where i could get a good deal?

search cheap flights from manchester to dalaman in google..
also try travel agents windows sometimes they can do special offers

Thomas Cooks do flights to Dalaman, but I think you are asking something to get a cheap weekend flight!!! There are plenty of "cheap" flight sites, but they are never quite what you are lead to believe.
You can always try Expedia, Lastminute.com etc etc or even you local travel agents (you never know!) - fraid it is a bit of leg /finger work for you!!

Sounds like you'll be spending more time travelling than anything else..
Google for "cheap flights" for example, and you'll get an idea.
