Is this true or a bad April 1st joke?

In Dutch news I read that yesterday a baby almost was blown up by the police. A little babygirl of 6 days was found in a bag left alone in a mosque. The police was suspicious about explosives and as a precaution they were planning to get rid of it. But then the bag began to cry! The foundling is brought to a home in Mugla the article says.

Only an extremely desperate mother will do something like that. Sadly, lack of "humanity" in the mother's environment might be one of the reasons to do such a drastic thing. You surely know that child abandonment is something of all times, not a recent thing, and poverty is almost always one of the main reasons for it.

the worst april fools joke played on me was okkes's cousin telling us that okkes's mum has cancer..correct me if i'm wrong but thats not a joke at all in my opinion..morons these days..and it was way after 12 o clock midday ..anyway sorry had to let off that steam
