I heard somewhere that in Turkey the names means something... it is true? can u give me exemples of turkish names with the meaning... and what names are popular.

Attila : the charging elder or according to some linguists it means the man speaking with horses

And Nilay which comes from "Nil nehri üzerinde dogan ay" "Rising Moon on the Nile river"i think. I love this name

Manol is not a Turkish name, can it be manolya ? it is a girl name meaning magnolya
