Can someone help me with the following simple translations/explanations?

In a supermarket if i am wanting to buy something and i need to show the assistant what i want do i say

this one - bunu
that one - sunu
those - sunlari
these - bunlari

in a shop/restaurant how do i say

i would like a little more...(bread)
can i have a little more...
can i have some more...

To say do you have any bread is it ekmek var mi?

Does benim karim mean this is my wife?
Does benim arkadasim mean this is my friend?
How do you say... these are my friends
How do you say...these are my granddaughters

The tranlations above are coorect, you can use these pronouns and adjectives anywhere you want. It doesnt matter either restaurant or anywhere else.

i would like a little more...(bread)
- Biraz daha ekmek istiyorum
can i have a little more...
-Biraz daha fazla .......alabilir miyim?
can i have some more...
- Bir miktar daha fazla ......alabilir miyim?

To say do you have any bread is it ekmek var mi? Correct

Does benim karim mean this is my wife?
Does benim arkadasim mean this is my friend?
these are my friends
- Bunlar benim arkadaşlarım.
these are my granddaughters
Bunlar benim torunlarım. (kız)
