Help with Visa

Morning Forum,

I want a six month visa so i can go and stay in Turkaey for the summer. Could anyone tell me what i have to do to get one and how long it would take.

well, it depends on which nationality do you have? for some of the countries it is necessary to the get it from the embassies, for some countries it is enough to get it at the border.

Thak you for the link. I'm British, i don't have a job lined up but do have money to fund myself. I hope this is ok for a six month visa.

i don't think you can get a 6 month visa at the airport. i think you need to get it through the turkish embassy before you go.

I strongly advice you to go to the turkish embassy in Britain first, and then when you get to Turkey you still have to go to the nearest police station and they will help you out with it. You can also just to go the police station alone, but the visa is cheaper if you go to the embassy first.
