sailing around turkey

hi guys this might be a stupid question but is it possible to rent a sailing boat from istanbul and then sail to fethiye and how long would it take , thinking od doing it next july and spend two weeks sailing towards fetiye where we have booked two weeks on a gullet any advice would be most appreciated
