Can I find a teaching job in Turkey?

I am currently completing a post graduate degree in Primary Teaching and am also completing a TEFL course. I am looking to move to Turkey (Dalaman/Fethiye area) in summer 2008 and find a job, prefereably teaching English. Does anyone know of any language schools around this area which I could contact? Any help or suggestions, or even suggestions of other jobs in the area would be much appreciated!
