NOTICE OF CHANGE IN ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Dear Friends,
Due to some personal reasons, as of today, I am leaving my position in administrative stuff, and in a few days I will submit a request for the deletion of my membership on turkishclass.com. From now on, please do not send me any private messages as I will not be checking them, instead, submit your administrative requests to the people listed as admin other than me. Anyway, this little letter is just to say good bye to everyone for the last time. Due to lack of enough time, maybe I have not been able to contribute to the questions about the language and culture as much as I wanted to, but I have talked to some of you due to various issues, and I know there are wonderful people here, and I learned a lot from them. I have seen many friends who came here without knowing single word in Turkish, but later started helping the beginners with their Turkish (e.g., bod, delin_kizin, elisa to name a few of them), and those (e.g., miss_ceyda, yabanci09, again, to name a few) who both improve their existing Turkish knowledge and also helping beginners during their baby steps. These things, I think, mean more than anything, and to see such incidents is a very pleasant feeling. And, there are great people, here, who spend their valuable personal time just to help people by sharing their personal and professional experiences on language (e.g., fatih, erdinc, suigeneris, lyndie, mltm, duskahvesi just to name a few again). I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you, and wish you good luck in your Turkish studies. You are doing great, and keep up good work.
HoşÃ§akalın.

Can somebody translate please:

"Bir yurek nelere yeterse
bir damardan ne kadar kan gecerse
can cani ne kadar severse yasam olume ne kadar degerse sen de benim icin o kadar degerlisin?"

my keyboard doesn't have the turkish characters, so sorry for this.

Regards

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
The rain fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again,
May the ones that love you,
hold you in the hollow,
of their hands.

Warm regards,

Esther

Good Luck Ali,
It is sad that your farewell message was so final. Won't you still look in on us from time to time?

Elveda!
