Think about going to Kalkan next summer. Does anyone have any useful info on hotels. I have had a looked at a couple of websites, but the hotels seem limited and mostly appartments and villas.

Lonely Planet gives 3 budget hotels, prices for a double room between 20-33 Euro; 4 mid-range hotels, prices between 33-220 Euro. Tell me your budget and I can give you names, websites/email and phone numbers.

I have a Lonely Planet guide on my bookshelf, but forgot all about it! I will check it out tonight.

Location is more important, close to the beach or centre of the town, in quiet area - do I want to much??

Thanks I will take a look, lonely planet is not too complimentary about Kalkan, but I know people who say it is lovely. I only want to go for a week, so I need sun, sea, bed and food
