I assume you mean on a plane? It depends on the airline - normally between 20 and 25kg for economy, 30 - 40 kg for business or first class. It will be clearly marked on your ticket or travel documents supplied by the airline.

Best to check with the airline as the hand baggage rules vary also. Turkish Airlines is 20kg hold but not sure what the hand baggage is. I recently flew and was only allowed one bag including handbag, so I had to jam my handbag into my laptop bag!

I have just returned from a month in Adana. I flew with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul. The luggage allowance was 27kg hold and 8kg hand luggage. But this may vary depending on how long you stay. The maximum allowed is 32kg providing you pay for the excess.
