Neler yapmadık şu vatan için!
Kimimiz öldük;
Kimimiz nutuk söyledik.

Que de choses nous avons données
à la patrie
les uns notre vie
les autres nos discours

(translated by M.E Ttarağası, Gérard Pfister)

Quoting Roswitha:

Neler yapmadık şu vatan için!
Kimimiz öldük;
Kimimiz nutuk söyledik.

We did everything for this motherland!
Some of us died;
Some of us talked.

Neler yapmadık şu vatan için! = We did everything for this motherland! ???

hehehehe, portokal....I was calling them love birds...Femme and Sui! But I personally don't like birds. They are a little freaky!! or maybe I just don't like the idea of something that can poop, flying over my head...or flying over anything for that matter!!
