Are you a picky-eater? Vegetarian?

Diet is not a good idea. I find other ways to burn more fat. I don't change my eating habits too much. I try to do more physical activity, exercises, long walks etc. Time to time, I felt losing some weight. Usually slowly, 1 or 2 kilos a month. My fastest was 10 kilos in 4 months.

Good advice
All you have to do is make sure that the number of calories you eat is not MORE than the number of calories you use up in exercise.

Therefore, Si is right - if you exercise more, you should be able to carry on eating the same amount

Be careful though! Sometimes ONE PIZZA is more calories than the average person will burn up during the day!

Eat Less move more...its the only way. What really sucks is, you have to do it for the rest of your life...that's the really hard part!

People also don't realize the impact that processed food has on your body. When I stopped eating anything that came out of a box....I lost an incredible amount of weight. I admit, it is much more effort to eat/cook fresh food (including my own bread, sweets, ect..) but ironically, I don't watch very much TV and I am up and moving around my kitchen everyday. Food and cooking have become a true joy to me. My son and husband even help.
