Yes thats a good idea, you can go down to London for a couple of days. There are so some really nice Turkish restaurants there so i have heard, probably because there is quite a few Turkish people.Hope this helps! It it difficult getting things that are traditionally Turkish especially when you don't want it to be something just because its Turkish, he has to like it as well.Maybe you could find out what his favourite dishes are and cook those as an alternative.

Good luck! I find the trick is to find a few that you think you can manage and more to the point that you can get the ingredients for! Then practice them on other people! (Ha ha my evil plan) Well i havent killed anyone to date. This site is amazing really easy to follow and everything you could ever want.
