Here is Sen. Obama, replying McCain on economical issues. He says life has been tough on ordinary Americans, during the last 7 years. We must all be kinder to our friend Teapot.

Now that I learned both Obama and Hillary are pro-Armenian, they can no longer pretend that they are intelligent; not to me, anyway. Neither can even win against Deniz Baykal, in Turkia.

Can I trust McCain?
Who is his secretary?

Armenians have great organization skills. They have been committed to their cause for a long time. Unfortunately Turkey has not until recently addressed the issue.

Here take a look at how well organized the Armenians are:

The Armenian Assembly of America

I like Barak Obama because he at least has agreed to talk with people.

He said:

"OBAMA: There has been no confusion. I have been absolutely clear on this. I will meet not just with our friends but with our enemies. I will meet without preconditions.

That does not mean I will meet without preparation. It is very important before any meeting to make sure that there is a list of agenda items that we are going to be talking about. But the difference is with me, for example, meeting with Iran. I would not expect that they would give in on critical issues like nuclear weapons before the meeting. The objective of the meeting would be to ensure that they stand down and that we've offer them carrots and sticks.

The Bush's administration's approach has been to say, unless they agree with everything we say ahead of time, we won't meet. That is a doomed policy."

Obama

As for McCain, he scares me....

It is the "pro-Armenians for votes", I dislike. Some of my Armenian friends agree with me.

Of course the Armenians who agree with you are your friends. You're not saying that the truth is somewhere in the middle, you're saying that Turks are right and those Armenians who agree aren't necessarily your enemies.

Turks were absolutely right...Consequences were very unfortunate !

It was embarressing for both parties and not a victory either for Turks or Armenians. There was a winner though !

Former Bill Clinton Campaign Manager Endorses Obama
by Bonney Kapp
David Wilhelm, Bill Clinton’s ‘92 campaign manager came out in support of Barack Obama today on a conference call with reporters - a big symbolic get for the Obama campaign. Obama senior advisor David Axelrod told reporters, “I think there are a lot of people who were for Bill Clinton who are for Barack Obama today, so he represents a whole group of people who are coming our way.”

On the call, Wilhelm explained why he is backing the newcomer Obama over his old boss’ wife. “He has momentum, perhaps undeniable momentum among Democratic primary voters,” he explained. “We should embrace the candidate who owns change, who owns optimism, who owns the future, who owns idealism, who knows that change is is competitive advantage and is prepared to drive that message of discipline and enthusiasm at every opportunity,” he said.

As a former campaign manager, Wihelm said he especially appreciates organization - and the Obama campaign clearly impressed him. “It has been a masterful campaign - he has out-worked, out-organized and out-rasied his opponents every step of the way. As a former campaign manager, I know organizational excellence when I see it. And the Obama campaign, win or lose, will serve as a model for future generations to come.” He added, “The Obama campaign has overcome truly daunting organizational odds, not to mention the aura of inevitability and that should provide Democrats with confidence.”

Aside from the symbolic value of his support, Wilhelm will also provide tangible tactical help. He explained that the campaign has not been shy about asking for advice - and help with the race for superdelegate support. Wilhelm, also an Ohio superdelegate himself, decided in part to announce his support now “to begin the process that, I think it’s inevitable, of evening up the superdelegate count,” in other words, help spark some kind of domino effect.

Acknowledging the potential superdelegate pitfall for Obama - one where he might win a majority of pledged delegate support, but lose the superdelegate vote, Wilhelm stated, “If superdelegates overrule the choice of Democratic primary voters, that would be a very difficult and divisive scenario for the party. I think it’s unlikely scenario at the end of the day. I think it’s one we should work hard to avoid.”

Which is why Wilhelm will be working the phones to start convincing other superdelegates to support Obama.

I have absolutely no interest in the US elections, but I got an email about Obama saying he's a Muslim and thus cannot be an American president. A long list of evidence followed. Is that true? It seems Americans don't seem discouraged by this.

Judging by the email, yes, it should. Read it yourselves and then see why I asked. I would like to acknowledge that opinions expressed in this pasted email are neither mine nor representative of mine. I would simply like Americans on this site to tell me how they treat things like this.

"CAN
MUSLIMS BE GOOD AMERICANS?

This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to Finish...and send it on to
anyone who will read it

Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so
quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities.

Can a good Muslim be a
good American?

This question
was forwarded to a friend who worked in
Saudi Arabia for
20 years.

The following is his reply:

Theologically - no. . . .
Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon God of Arabia .

Religiously
- no. . . . Because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam
Quran, 2:256)

Scripturally
- no. . . Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran.

Geographically
- no . . . Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five
times a day.

Socially - no. . . Because his allegiance to Islam forbids
him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no. . .
Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach
annihilation of Israel and
destruction of America , the great Satan.

Domestically - no. . . Because
he is instructed to marry four Women and beat and scourge his wife when she
disobeys him
Quran 4:34

Intellectually - no. . . Because he cannot accept the American
Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible
to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. . . . Because Islam, Muhammad, and
the Quran does not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam
cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or
autocratic.

Spiritually - no. . . . Because when we declare 'one nation
under God,' the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER
referred to as Heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99
excellent names.

Therefore after
much study and deliberation.... Perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL
MUSLIMS in this country. - - - They obviously cannot be both 'good' Muslims and
good Americans.
Call it what you
wish..it's still the truth. You had better believe it. The more
who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future. The
religious war is bigger than we know or understand. . ...

And Barack
Hussein Obama, a Muslim, wants to be our President? You have
GOT to be kidding!

Wake up America

Obama even says if
he wins the election, he will be sworn in on the Quran---not a
Bible!

Footnote: He was sworn in on the Quran for his
current office and he refuses to pledge allegiance to the United States or put
his hand over his heart when the National Anthem is played!!! The Muslims
have said they will destroy us from within.....Hello!!!! Having a Muslim
president would seem to fit the bill! Would you trust this man with our
national secrets?????"

Actually, Obama's faith is an interesting issue. I read a summary from his book about this and he says that pretty much everyone around him was either an atheist or "religion was not important to them", but..... "after seeing how important religion is to black people in America", he later became baptized as some kind of christian! lol This is hilarious to me because it's clear that he's either agnostic or an atheist, but got baptized, because being an atheist won't give you a lot of votes in the US, both from blacks and whites.

Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama Sr. (black muslim) of Nyangoma-Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya, and Ann Dunham of Wichita, Kansas. (white atheist ).

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced and his father returned to Kenya. His mother married Lolo Soetoro -- a Muslim -- moving to Jakarta with Obama when he was six years old. Within six months he had learned to speak the Indonesian language. Obama spent "two years in a Muslim school, then two more in a Catholic school" in Jakarta. Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim while admitting that he was once a Muslim, mitigating that damning information by saying that, for two years, he also attended a Catholic school.

Obama's father, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was a radical Muslim who migrated from Kenya to Jakarta, Indonesia. He met Obama's mother, Ann Dunham-a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas-at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Obama, Sr. and Dunham divorced when Barack, Jr. was two.

Obama's spinmeisters are now attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came from his father and that influence was temporary at best.

In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya immediately following the divorce and never again had any direct influence over his son's education.

Dunham married another Muslim, Lolo Soetoro who educated his stepson as a good Muslim by enrolling him in one of Jakarta's Wahabbi schools. Wahabbism is the radical teaching that created the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad on the industrialized world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when you are seeking political office in the United States, Obama joined the United Church of Christ to help purge any notion that he is still a Muslim.

Back at the uni, when we were discussing the culture of the USA (allegedly there is one), my lecturer said that Americans are somewhat funny in their choices of president. A country with a high ratio of divorce, so many different religions, wants their president to represent the values so few of the society represents. It is unlikely that a single person would win the elections. A spouse is a must. How does this correspond with equal chances for everyone? Can you imagine a gay president for example?

I would not take Mr. Michael O'Hanlon's opinion very seriously. I think he is a right wing (Republican Party) mouthpiece.

They must have really worked hard to come up with this idea that talking to one's enemy to find common ground is a bad idea.

"The Atlantic's Matthew Yglesias, for example, has pointed out that Brookings' Michael O'Hanlon frequently agrees with—and appears on stage with—scholars from conservative organizations such as the American Enterprise Institute, The Weekly Standard, and the Project for a New American Century."
