Why did you put 'ben' behind that?

I once made a sentence

On sekiz şubatta Türkiye'ye gideceğım ben!!!

I put that BEN behind it, to stress the fact that IIIII am going to turkey (yeeeey)
But when i used it as my msn-nick, my man told me it looks kinda weird to put it behind it, because you already say 'I' with the 'UM'-suffix. So when i said that i did that to stress it and because i thot that was used often, he said he hasnt heard that before often.

So.. whats up with this?!

You can use ben to stress the fact that it is about you, but I never see it at the end of a sentence.
Subject comes first in a sentence, conjugated verb at the end, and all the rest comes in between those. Gosh it's so very simple

That would make it, to stress that I am going:

On sekiz şubatta Türkiye'ye ben gideceğim !!!

Right?
