Quoting justinetime: what is the format of this address? can't seem to get it right...
KEMERAGZI MEVKİİ KUNDU BÖLGESİ HAYAT SİT. E BLOK NO:xx xxxxxx ANTALYA |
I would write it:
Kemergazi Mevkii
Kundu Bolgesi
Hayat Sitesi, E Blok No.xxxxx
Antalya
There doesn't seem to be any format rules to address in Turkey, everyone I ever met writes it differently. But this is how I usually tackle addresses.

I'd say it doesn't matter, post code helps to find a city and I don't think there are many Antalyas in Turkey
Here in Ireland there are no post codes at all (maybe there are some in Dublin) but letters always get where they should.

I was away for a couple of days that's why I didn't respond. sorry.
Usually two numbers are written like this: No. 11/24. Or No.11 K.24 or No.11 D.24.
No. refers to street number
K. refers to floor of a building (K.2 = Floor 2)
D. refers to apartment number (so K.2 D.24 = Floor 2 Apartment number 24) sometimes there is no separation of the k and d so you will see this K. 2/24
hope this helps rather than confuses !
