Quoting Deli_kizin:

Is Yarmouth the place they sell that pink kinda candy shaped in sticks? I remember that we went there when I was a child, but not sure if it was Great Yarmouth? It was a coastal place.

I cant tell you about my 'boxer', I remember I forgot my underwear there and had to sit in my tiny bathingsuit all the way back in the car

Yarmouth is nearly the closest part of the UK to Netherlands you know! (Actually Lowestoft is and just a few miles down the road) and Yes they do have candy on sticks, and toffee apples and kiss me quick hats and lots of fat women with tatoos

I could not let this milestone post be wasted on something simple like letting you all know what color boxers I wore today.

Oh, Keith ... go on.

Spill all the beans. Colour? stripes or checks? Bought from which Marks & Spencers?

Congrats on the 1000 posts!

Most of my boxers come from a store in the US called Old Navy. The rest are just the ones I find in the besiktas bizarre.
Today? Solid gray...

Are you sure they are boxers and not just "big pants"

I think you are thinking of Blackpool and its called 'rock' its a kind of candy often with pink or red spripes in it and sometimes if you are lucky when you bite into it it says Blackpool down the middle! Yes i know...too much time on my hands!

There is such stuff as candy floss, pink sugary fluffy stuff that is stuck to a wooden stick. Rock is a different kettle of fish, it is hard candy stick and usually a variety of flavours with words printed through the middle. You certainly cannot bite into rock!!!! unless you want broken teeth. Yarmouth is as equally famous as Blackpool, only on the Norfolk coast as opposed to the Lancashire coast (opposite sides of the country). Come on Deli - where did you go? Please put us out of our misery lol

Ok I was all mixed up I have never been to Yarmouth, but my mom often went there. As for me, I ate such a candy stick with a word inside it, which was in Plymouth, but we did not swim there. I swam in Scarborough as a kid

"Come bash Turkey and Muslims"

Why would we want to do it? We just don't want our vacation spot be taken over by bad folks who will put barbed wire all around Turkey, ban us from entering and all the others from leaving. As for the Muslim stuff - where would you get that idea from? We just like to think that the world would be a better place if everybody was free to make their own decisions.

Ooops..I didn't know this condition is necessary to join TC, the rules don't say that! What about those not really into hairy, uneducated, testosterone-oozing, 1.50m high Magandas?

Ohhhh Thank you. I LOVE them. Actually I make Kadir buy them for me in Sahilevleri, where they walk around with those tiny cars, selling barbapapa, popcorn and sugared waffles!
