My mood was generally fine........

Now I am disappointed as I´ve just heard that I didn´t get through the job interview I went to yesterday

And I didn´t really expect to get it anyway as it is quite a big move up the career ladder!

Would have been nice to have the payrise and even nicer to not have to spend between 3 and 4 hours just driving to and from work!!!

GG, have you made up your mind about that job?

 Not yet.  I am meeting with the vice president of the department tomorrow or Thursday to discuss the expectations for the position.  

I just met with my current boss and got a guarantee that if I take this new opportunity and things don´t work out.....either I hate it or I suck at the job....I can come back to my department.  That makes me feel a little better.

 I just hope it doesn´t interfere with your TC time!  We bed amerikans are few in number and need to stick around so that people still have something to talk about!

 OMG I have been so wrapped up in my own drama that I haven´t even considered the repercussions here!!!  No TC time?!?!?!?! 

That´s it!!  I have made up my mind!!!!

 And I was hoping we could meet at the next SHRM conference.....you can´t leave.  I can´t deal with giving therapy to all these people by myself.

 Actually that will be one of the caveats of taking the position....I need to keep up on my continuting education for my certifications so if I take the job I want to maintain memership in SHRM and continue attending the conference.   I´m gonna negotiate the hell outta this thing!!!
