According to the "Financial Times" and "World Media" about the USA Economyi There is a MORTGAGE SYSTEM CRISIS (for property) in the USA.
The reason of the ECONOMIC RECESSION ( a decline in economic activity usually accompanied by unemployment and a low level of production) is the MORTGAGE CREDIT SYSTEM FAILURE (for home buyers), other supplement credits, funds and insurance systems.
This is the first big recession in the USA after World War II.

Unfortunately this entire situation is creating deep concern. In California, our houses are already depreciated an average of $50,000..terrible!

I live in a 2 year-old neighborhood and I have seen some of my neighbors filing for foreclosure. I personally find it kind of scary and it makes me wonder, who is next?
