I just want to give some more information about Sertab Erener..I do love her and her songs very much..When I listen to her songs,I really feel myself relax..And I insist on you listening to her songs..
First of all,she is one of the most popular and acclaimed female artists in Turkey. As a coloratura soprano with a true dedication to music,Sertab's individuality shone through during her six year musicial education.
Her albums sold over 4 million copies and every album received gold and platinum awards.Opere or Pop,Sertab's amazing voice and strange presence have led her to duets with world famous singers as Jose Carreres and Ricky Martin.A duet with Ricky Martin on the single Private Emotion, for the Turkish and Middle Eastern versions of Martin's 99 English language album, successfully introduced Sertab to new audiences outside of Turkey.
And she has delivered a fantastic track entitled “Everyway That I can” .The song is written by Sertab and Demir Demirkan and is the first ever Turkish Eurovision entry to be sung in English. “Everyway That I Can” is already a huge hit in Europe and is tipped to be the summer smash in Europe for 2003.
I think these informations are enough to buy her albums or download ..
You can contact with me...I have all her albums..And you can ask me whatever you want..
Have fun

She shouldn't sing in English though.. It sounds as if she is trying to please Europe with more Western-sounds.. but the quality of Turkish music is mostly in its power and its eastern touch!

Sevdam ağlıyor for example is beautiful because of its strong voice and strong meaning that you don't find in her English music.

How come she loses popularity?
