Quoting Roswitha:

What to say in Turkish: Plaese wash and set my hair, etc.

Quoting Faruk:

- Nasıl olsun? (How do you want it?)
hepsini kazı(shave them all, make me bald.

So Roswitha, if you go to the hair salon and they ask you - Nasıl olsun?..you just tell the hairdresser “hepsini kazı” and that will ease all your problems, believe me, you wont have to go back to the hair salon in a while..This is a good way to save some money that you can wisely spend in buying some nice souvenirs lol lol lol

Quoting MarioninTurkey:

Düz fön is the blow dry that makes your hair look sleek and straight. It can take two guys: one the stylist holds the hairbrush. The other, the young assistant, works hard with the blow dryer on it.

2 guys to do?

Thanks for the useful phrases.

When I visit my local Turkish Barbers I ask for ´Asker Trası´ which I am told translates as a soldier´s haircut.

If I wanted to ask for a square or straight neck would that be ´Düz boyun lütfen´ ??

Many thanks
