Hmmm....quite a lot of carbohydrates in there Yilgun!

I would go more with Levrek and salad followed by a plate of fresh fruit if I was being healthy!

Yes you are right
Quite a lot of carbohydrates.
We like vegetables and friuts..
Tomorrows menu, like your advice, is healhy = Levrek, salad and fresh fruit and the Turkish Coffee.
