Could you check the translation please, and perfectionate it?

Bir derdim var

Bir derdim var artik tutamam içimde
Gitsem nereye kadar
Kalsam neye yarar

I have a problem

I have a problem, cannot keep it in me any longer
If I go, till where
If I stay, what for
I could never tell it, they have never got it
Why is everyone enemy
We have forgotten all of it, the breath of Noah
Don’t come to me, you and me are different

Look this is the last curtain, there is no play after that,
There is no light, nothing there’s nothing after that, nothing nothing nothing..
I have a problem, have a problem in me...

Look this is the last curtain, there is no play anymore,
No light, nothing, nothing anymore..( the sentence above goes on )
nothing nothing nothing..
I have a problem, have a problem in me...

I think that is not "problem", maybe "pain" would be a better word for "dert" here. Because he is painful, he is suffring, so he says "bir derdim var".
