I´m sure all of us who know Trudy miss her from the site. She has recently had quite a serious operation on her back but is now on the road to recovery. She wants to spend a week relaxing (unlike her but necessary unfortunately) in Turkey end October/beginning of November. She is looking for an All-Inclusive hotel with spa facilities, quite close to local facilities (she can´t walk far at the moment).

I will quote some of her message to me:

´Let me explain more what I look for: a hotel with an elevator, spa facilities in hotel or in town, it doesn´t have to be all-inn but if not it must be really near restaurants´

´I think I will be able to do much more than now but I think also I must not go head over heals; also a city/place with things to see/do, like museums because i´m not the beach type´

´a few bars would be nice but a real bar sokak is not what i need´

´and maybe the possibility of making not too much tiring excursions´

She doesn´t want much does she!! ´lol´

Anyway - anyone got any good ideas? Unfortunately the only All-inclusive´s near me are a bit far out of town for her I think.

Not sure where Trudy wants to go but I got a recommendation for this hotel:

Someone from my family stayed here and they enjoyed it.

Best Wishes for Trudy.

Now I´m back I can bump this one myself!

Anyone else who has ideas because the ones given were not exactly what I´m looking for. I found a nice place in Turgutreis (Hotel La Blanche) but I´d like to have some choice. Thanks for your help in advance.

I know there is one or two in Bitez. I have just been there for a week. It is a peaceful town, and easy to get around if you have mobility problems. The hotel I am thinking about is right on the beach front, and the dolums stop nearby. I will try and find out about it and let you know.
