MSN Messenger Server problems

I have been having difficulty logging into MSN Messenger for days now in istanbul. Anyone else experiencing this problem??

If the problem persists, you can always find other ways to log in

webmessenger.msn.com
or
www.meebo.com

yes keith i have the same problem for 2 days.. it is good to know that i am not alone.
