Quoting catwoman:

What has this proven? Nothing. Absolutely no connection between this and whether men are capable of raising children and whether women are capable of having professional careers.

Did I say men were incapable of raising children or that women are NOT capable of having prosessional careers? NO I did not.

I said....and please read very slowly over again...

We need to re-evaluate how we have been and are doing things.

You seem to have assumptions as to what I think and that leaks over to what you percieve I write. Read carefully please.

I do not make quick off hand statements. I think carefully about what I read and write. It would be appreciated if before commenting, some time spent reading and thinking were done.

Alameda, seriously, maybe you need to do some self searching. You come off as an incredibly bitter and angry person. Has it ever occurred to you that maybe the misunderstandings with you stem from your words and actions?
I know it takes you a long time to write your posts but it seems to me that you are the one that needs to take a bit more time and care to ensure your message gets across the way you intend since it seems you are always “misunderstood”.
This post is one of your most arrogant and insulting yet. Catwoman is an intelligent adult and she (or anyone else here for that matter) does not need to be told “read very slowly”!

When I am accused of saying something I have not said, I have the right, in fact the obligation to correct that.

I apologize for troubling you with my style of writing. I realize sometimes it´s difficult for some to digest more than one vowel or syllable in a sentance, however, seeing as this is a language learning site, I don´t think it´s unreasonable to use them.

Ah yes...standing up for my rights makes me arrogant! If someone says I said what I did not say, in correcting that, it makes me arrogant?

Thanks Leelu, I wasn´t sure of the English version so I used the French one. (I could have used the Dutch one as well, but then nobody knew what I said I guess...)
