The president of the court of Anayasa has explained its decision:

AKP will not be closed.

to be closed, there should be 7 votes from 11 court members, 6 of the members decided to be closed but 5 said no. The president himself gave no.

But AKP will get a warning from the court due to look up its working style etc... And the court gave fine to AKP as they would be using the half of the help comes from the national treasury(dont know if it is the true word).

Yep, Sui, I checked the news on habertürk. They have lost 50% of the amount of money they got from central funds in the last year (every political party gets financial support from the treasury, based on some criteria such as size of party: I am not sure what).

what is so great? They approved that akp violated the constitution, and the majority voted for closure. again, what is so great about their violating the constitution and getting away with it?

Do you support that party, or is it just great because you think no party should be closed?
If it´s the first, then it´s very contradictory with your ultra feminist, anti-conservative opinions.
