Here´s a simplified version of a recent newspaper article for intermediate learners. If you want your answers to be checked, you can post them here, or sent me a pm if you prefer.

İran´dan şaşırtıcı teklif
Dışişleri Bakanı Ali Babacan geçen hafta Tahran’ı ziyaret etti. Ziyaretin sebebi İran’ın nükleer programıydı. Ziyaretin amacı bu sorunu çözmekti. Ankara’nın bu sorunu çözmek için neler yapabileceği konuşuldu. Bu ziyaret sırasında İran, Bakan Babacan’ı şaşırtan bir teklif yaptı. Kamuoyu bu teklifi duymadı. Bu teklif bir “arabuluculuk teklifi†idi. İran daha önce Ermenistan-Türkiye arasında arabulucu olmak istemişti. İran şimdi Kıbrıs sorunu için de arabulucu olmak istiyor. Babacan bu teklife önce çok şaşırdı. Sonra “Teşekkür ederiz ama bu mümkün değil†dedi. Babacan bu sorunu BM’in (Birleşmiş Miletler) çözmesini beklediklerini söyledi.

In fact, I find it always useful to correct the mistakes of users on the forum as everyone can learn from eachother´s mistakes, and for the questions about comprehension, there´s not just one right answer.
And serious learners should have enough self-control not to look at the answers before doing their own

At this point,yes i agree with you,i would like to know what did i do wrong.
İt just,when i found it been solved already,it take the enthusiasm away some how

Btw,what do you mean by undefined compound nouns ? 
Which rule is it ?
İts like in
Çay içmek not Çayı içmek ?
Or in, Okul müdürü not Ali´nin arabası ?

Thx mltm,and here are my version of the answers
Not all right for sure,but hey im learning i supposed to do the wrong parts to get to the right heee
Ok,first,i didnt know how to answer,i mean there is long answer,´which i dont know if i form it right or not´and there is athe short answer
Are both consider right,or should we use the long one ?
There are some i havent studied it before ´how to convert from report to direct speech and vice versa,but i gave it a shot assuming it may be like English ?!

İ didnt know how to say İS,or WAS Türkçede
İ mean like,
The İranian previous proposal WAS.....ect

Your answer to the first question is wrong. I think you didn´t understand the article very well.

Yes, this may be an answer, but teachers always prefer students to write their own sentences (not copying) , now I show you how to make that sentence:
İran´ın bu teklifinden önceki teklifi Ermenistan-Türkiye arasında "arabuluculuktu" or "arabulucu olmaktı."
-arabulucu olmak: to be a mediator
arabulucu olmak + idi = arabulucu olmaktı
-arabuluculuk: mediation
arabuluculuk + idi = arabuluculuktu
As you see we put all this bold part in the place of the "ne" in the original question, this big bold part is the object of the sentence which replies to the question "what".

Gezbelle, these all might be answers to my questions, but they are not really what I´m looking for. You have copied them from the text .

You have problem in changing the sentence from the direct speech to the reported speech, but the vice verse you did it very well.
