How do I say this in Turkish?

Türkçe nasıl bu diyorum mu? 

Please correct my Turkish when I am wrong

Lütfen, ne zaman yanliş olyorum, Türkçem düzeltiyormusun. or Türkçem düzeltiyorsun mu.

Hopefully I am not too far out but...............

Would appreciate any help please.

 Can see why I don´t need mu on the end of the to say question.

Don´t suppose it matters if I use demek or söylemek????

It´s because when you you a question word in a sentence ie nasil,nerede,ne etc you don´t use the question form of the verb as well.

eg nasil gidiyor? not  nasil gidiyor mu?

or ne istiyorsun? not ne istiyor musun?

Both demek and söylemek could be used for this question (passive in this case, denmek and söylenmek)
