It means in order to gain more votes they would even use black or a woman! Just like in case of both parties! 
Its probably lack of English, but could you explain this a bit? I don´t really understand what concrete meaning that has

What I mean is that the sexism and racism that we have in today´s america is not the same kind of sexism we had 50-100 years ago. It is more sophisticated now, more insidious. It does not say that any black person or a woman cannot do something - because that would be too easy to fight against and abolish. Today´s racism and sexism is institutionalized and as long as a black person or a woman supports the institutions, they can join the game.

İ agree that its not same as 50/100 years ago,but its still there and it counts great deal too in so many aspects.
They can join the game,but that doesnt mean they can win !

Yeah, it´s possible they may not win this time, but they do win. I don´t think that race is a problem in this election. If it is, it would be a very tiny minority of people, probably balanced out by the people who will use race in favor of Obama.
