Haven´t you read Harry Potter? ´He who cannot be named´ or ´You Know Who´......

 Nope! - Apparently I am the only person in the entire civilised world who hasn´t!  - I did watch one of the films though

 Just read one, then you have read them all

 That´s so NOT true!

 The magic for me was gone after the first 2,5 books.

 Book 5-7 are imo the best.

 The last one is the only one I didn´t read, and I don´t think I finished 6 but I´m not sure about that.

 Nope! I have neither read any of Harry Potter books nor watched any movies, but I did it on purpose. When one thing is talked and liked so much, my body refuses it.

 I did the same for a few years. Actually the hype itself tired my enthusiasm, and I´m not into fantasy that much either. But my sister was very enthusiastic, and so was my dad (at that time still reading her before she went to bed), with whom I actually shar ethe same book taste. I decided to give it a try, and I can say it didnt become a hype for nothing. She really knows how to write a story!

I started reading in 2002 (at first I didn´t like the hype as well but waiting in a hospital for my turn I was so bored I bought a book), with first book 3, than 2 and 1. Now I own all 7 in Dutch, 2 in English (couldn´t wait for the translation when they were released) and 2 small ´collector item´ books: Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them plus Quidditch Through The Ages. Simply said: I´m hooked....

 OK, then this is something that motivates me to give it a try one day because I trust your taste about books.
