How are you?
How do you feel today?
How goes it?
How is it going?
Three Turkish proverbs:
- “Dert söyletir, aþk aðlatýr.”
- “Derdini söylemeyen, derman bulamaz (You won’t get any help unless you tell someone what is troubling you?”
- “Ãnsanýn hayýrlýsý (kalitelisi) , baþkalarýna faydalý olandýr.”
A British proverb:
“Problems for solutions!”

Yilgun - I am not trying to be sarcastic or unkind in any way I really have no idea what your post means? How are you expecting people to reply to it? What do you want them to say?

For lady in red :
Thank you.
Yes, you are right.
I could not write clearly my words according to my limited English language capacity.
What does “How are you?”mean in my post...
I mean: I want our friends to tell their personal difficulties and troubles in this special post, if they wish.
They can find solutions for their problems.
There is a Turkish proverb= Derdini söylemeyen, derman bulamaz.
"You won’t get any help unless you tell someone what is troubling you.”

I am a little troubled by my sore feet and aching legs................................ but it is self inflicted. We had this brain wave, (or I did ), that we could hike from Ramsgate to Canterbury just a mere 22 miles or so and just over 10 hours later we arrived...................
