Dil dönmek is 1. blandish, sweet talk, coax, wheedle. to talk sb round/over, to blandish, to flatter. (from seslisozluk)

It doesnt seem a medical condition, though. maybe it´s something like apple polishing/being a brownhead (in my country we use the idiom to lick sb´s arse in this contrext, maybe it´s similar)

Who gets pilonidal sinus?

It is much more common in men (as they are more hairy than women) {#lang_emotions_satisfied_nod}. In one study of students, the condition was found in 1 in 100 male students, and 1 in 1000 female students.

Certain factors increase the risk of developing the condition and include:

  • Sedentary occupation (sitting a lot).

Sometimes newborns have it - but it´s generally referred to as a ´sacral dimple´ (in UK anyway). It can be dangerous if it extends into the spinal cord.

 Its no wonder that handsom knows all about this condition! {#lang_emotions_lol_fast}

Anyway, it doesn´t usually require surgery but does require medical attention.
