 thanks for that Lesluv .... I see he does stop smoking sessions in my area, its always a possibility if im really struggling...... £230.00 for the session, which i guess is only 7 or 8 weeks cigarette money

I will go with the willpower for the moment, and maybe use the £230.00 for flights to turkey

 Surely it is wasted if it doesn´t work

Or is the book big enough to use as a doorstop???

 true true but £6 is a lot easier to "waste" than £230...... with a view of potentially saving thousands a year (spent on fags) if it works.... hey and who knows might even save your life!{#lang_emotions_super_cool}

Im beginning to think that the £6.00 would be well spent if i could smoke the book

the moment my mom stopped smoking was when she started coughing black phlegm. and it´s been almost 3 years since she had stopped smoking....

my dad has stopped on and off, he started smoking last year, but stopped smoking again this month. so i dunno when he´ll start again. lol...

i think people who plan to stop smoking find it more harder to stop it, than those who don´t plan to stop smoking. odd but true.  i dunno why. my aunt had been planning to stop smoking for years now, but still can´t let it go.

i don´t smoke, i never tried it... well there was one time when i was 5 years old when my mom and dad made me try... lol... i didn´t like it then, didn´t like it ever since....
