That is what I meant.   And I carelessly omitted the first person suffix which Caliptrix pointed out.

what does she say?   o ne söyler?  ne söylüyor?, ne diyor?

she says nothing = hiçbir şey söylemez, hiçbir şey söylemiyor

 

past:

what did she say? : o, ne dedi?

she said nothing : hiçbir şey söylemedi
