How to behave on an Internet forum

Why this rude reaction?  Was it necessary Trudy? I think alameda has a good point! Maybe this is a conversation we should have!
What happened to you, CW? Did you decide to become as sweet and innocent as a nun? You, of all people, were the one that could be furious when someone was patronising you and now you are tame? Not a good change.
If you call my post rude then you should read better what Alameda said. So patronising, ´madam´ does know how it should be. Posts like that make so pissed! I´m not a child of hers (I thank God on my bare knees!) which she can tell what to do and what not. It is not about the content of the provided link - I didn´t even look at it - but the tone in the message is making me so angry. This site with all these pathetic rules and posts turns more and more into a very much censored one. Why I still stay? Because the are normal people here, honest people who - even sometimes in a not so polite way - tell what´s realling bothering them. There are funny people and people one can seriously talk to. People like LIR, Elisabeth, Teaschip, DK, DD, GG, Sonunda, TheHandsom, TheAenigma (yes, also the two latter even though I ´fight´ with them sometimes) and many more. But I hate hypocrisy and I´ll show that!!
And if my post is ´rude´ again (oh, naughty me, I shouldn´t be so rebellious), then delete it. Lately that´s the best capacity of mods and admins here

So i hope you will behave the way Alameda (and the video) tells you in future Femme  
so far i recognize only one person described in the vid, unfortunately im not allowed to refer her anymore.

thats something im used to now, there are kinda seasons where cat turns into tiger trolling all around then suddenly into a nice innocent cat.
but, come on, trudy, dont get angry, at least you are not one of those weak members whom the admins have to always protect and defend.

Seems some have taken a dislike to the video. Some people have no sense of humour when it suits them.
Wow, it doesn´t take much to get some people agitated.
Aenigma, you´re the biggest moaner and groaner on the site. (I hope that´s direct enough for you dear  . )
Off I go to the naughty step before the standard accusation of "hypocrisy" is levelled.

Well I can only say it´s amazing that people who haven´t even looked at the link are so upset about it.
The rules are not mine, they are standard forum guidlines used on just about every forum that tries to have civil and meaningful discourse.
They have been around since people have been gathering online and exchanging ideas.
