lol!!! no he said he was supposed to get it in 2-3 weeks, and now he tells me that he is still waiting for his connection....i was just wondering if it really takes too long... Coz here, (Philippines) when we got our internet connection, i only had to wait for like 4-5 days...

I don´t know for sure, but I get the impression that things like this vary a great deal depending on which area of Turkey you happen to be talking about.......

If you are not Turkish it can be - yes.   There are certain criteria you have to fulfil to get a phone line!
