Ricardo Moyano
Ricardo was born in Argentina. He is the son of famous author Daniel Moyano, who was also Ricardo’s very first guitar teacher. Ricardo continued his studies at the local conservatory, and completed his studies with honors at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. Upon completion of his studies, Ricardo was granted an award for excelling in music by the head judge, Narcissus Yefes. Ricardo Moyano soon became a sought-after guitarist; he moved to Paris to pursue advanced studies of baroque music and improvisational music. He settled in France, and traveled the world, performing for live audiences. He currently lives in Turkey and performs regularly at all of the most famous and prestigious guitar festivals in the world.
Moyano’s unique style is influenced by baroque, classical, Latin, Spanish and Turkish music. His proficiency in jazz and improvisational skills have also played a part in shaping his style.
Moyano has also written many compositions, which have been published in Paris, Turkey and Argentina.
