Yeni tanistik belki de

Ama kimbilir belki de hep vardin

Eslik ediyordun sessiz ve sinsice belki de

Simdi simdi anliyorum

Kurnazca ayirdin beni beki de

Lime lime savurdun sevdiklerimi

Belki de

Yalnizligim

Yasamak zorunda oldugum beraberligimsin

Yalnizligim kanimsin canimsin

Sen benim çaresizligimsin

Yalnizligim

Bugünüm yarinim

Sen benim hüzünlerimsin

Yalnizligim

Tek bilebildigim  sen benim

Vazgeçilmezimsin

===========

Maybe we just met

But maybe, you were always with me

You were accompanying  me quitely and insidiously maybe

Now I realize, how you made me leave, cleverly

You blew about everything i loved, bit by bit

maybe

My loneliness

You are my other half I have to live with

My loneliness, you are my blood, my life

You are my inevitability.

My loneliness

My day, my future

You are my blues

My loneliness

Only think I am sure of

You are my only fate

Quoting Yussef

I love the version performed by Candan Erçetuib  Erçetin and Zuhal Olcay.

Actually, this is from an album called ´Kucuk bir oyku bu´ .

The entire album tells a love story  (Kucuk bir oyku bu can be translated as ´This is a short story´ of a woman with a cultured man

A vulnerable woman admires this man of distinction, who reads books, listens to classical music etc.. And this man happens to be giving parties to smart people as well.. And then one day, in a birthday party, he offers the woman some drinks, cigarettes etc while our shy woman was happy to watch and admire him from the distance!!

Then they have this brief relationship in which the woman gets happier and happier  and then strangely starts to seek for protection -as usual- when their relation start to lose their spark..

And the album finishes with the song ´kucuk bir oyku bu , herkesin basindan gecen -this is a short story which could happen to anybody-´
