In the Netherlands the party of pedophiles is declared lawful

The Hague court has rejected the claim for an interdiction of a party ” Mercy, freedom and a variety ” (PNVD), defending the rights of pedophiles in Holland

The claim has submitted Fund Soelaas which was deal with a problem of pedophilia. The organization has demanded prohibition PNVD as “program” of a party breaks the law on protection of the rights of children. The judge has counted, that правозащитная group Soellas which has demanded interdiction PNVD, actually has not presented legal grounds for the claim.
