What season are you talking about?  Now its pretty cold - they are expecting snow in Istanbul.  When are you coming?  You can check weather for Istanbul on the internet at any time btw.

it depends on which city you are going to visit and when. now it is pretty cold, but in the south coast I guess it is at least 15. it would start getting warmer in march. as lady in red said, you can check the weather from many websites.

and mc donalds in Ýstanbul!? well, there are many, and you can just search "mc donalds, istanbul, turkey" in google maps for example and see the places, but I think it would be your biggest regret to eat at mc donalds when you have plenty of all the delicious turkish food around ( although it is a good idea if you are going to a country where food is awful, like Germany{#lang_emotions_razz} )

have a nice trip!
