Bribes, yes, Tips yes, Tax evasion yes
But you cannot put tips into the same category as Bribes and Tax evasion and you have forgotten extortion.

Thank you.You are right.
But some people is considered bribe as tip unfortunately.Because bribe is a crime, and tip is legal and so they put pribe into same category.
Extortion is a illegal job, concerned with the detection of crime, detective and judicial, theft, burglary, robbery, larceny.
Bribe is a crime.
Tip is a special mistake or generosity according to traditional custom.

Extortion is the act of using violence to get what you want, not to do with the detection of crimes - it is a crime and often people are seriously hurt in such instances. I know of cases of extortion in China when factory owners are threatened by officials or others that if they do not pay a fee their factories will be burnt down.
Bribery is often associated with a criminal and officials and avoiding being arrested for something they have done wrong.
A tip is something you give a waiter for doing a good job!!! It is not a special "mistake" but it is an act of generosity and yes it can be cultural. Some cultures do not tip at all.
Tax evasion is something we would all like to do!!!

Thanks...I didn´t have the energy (or the inclination) to explain all that! And..probably wouldn´t have done it so well
I would add that the seriousness (and frequency) of tax evasion is also cultural....and far more frequent in some countries than others ...(not mentioning any in particular... )

Well... I would be mostly surprised if shown a country with none... What depends, is the degree in which tax evasion and black economy are present.
