Hello everyone,

How are we all doing? yes I know it has been a while since I wrote on T.C. last time but I do not spend so much time on the computer as I used to,  only on Facebook which seems to have caught my interest.

We are both myself and Nesrin looking forward to the birth of our first daughter near the end of May start of June, I have settled in to life in Turkey although I miss my country (never thought I would), I teach English to a handful of Turkish students with the help of a qualified English teacher, I am hoping to be placed on a CELTA course in the summer which will help me achieve better teaching methods and of course gain a qualification.  I have not been able to take the earlier course as the price was just too expensive and with my small teaching classes and my wifes wages we just about survive here in Istanbul.

I use Facebook quite regularly if anyone uses it here on T.C.  I hope it is not too long until I visit again.  Hope everyone is okay and best wishes

Rich & Nesrin

It is sweet of you to think about us virtual TCists and to keep us up to date with life in Istanbul!  It is great to hear that you are doing well and things are moving in the right direction for you.

Some advice:  Get plenty of sleep now while you can <img src='/static/images/smileys//lol.gif' alt='lol'>
