how can i forget?
very hard to forget all the things we had...time..memories...things...

tell me is it so easy?

i wanna forget...is there anyone who helps me to teach the art of forgetting?

like in matrix movie...just click on the erase button...and deleted them all...can i do that...
if i do that?am i not unfaithfull...?

just your comments on this issue...
i am sure there also someone here to wanna get the key of forgetting part of the human brain...

so helping me means help the other ones who are still trying to find out the key

I wont try to help you forget. If I knew the medicine, trust me, I would have used it already. But i want to show you how important it is to be able to remember

That is very true. I'm sure you belong to the wise, Goner
We all have things that we would like to erase from our brains. But the only thing you can do is learn from it sometimes. Then put the bad memories away in a dark dungeon somewhere in your head. And don't ask "what if" questions, because they have no answer.
Just try to look back to the good memories, because there always are plenty as well

Forgetting is impossible - even when you might think you have erased a memory - the slightest little thing can trigger your mind and you remember again...
Best advice is to hold on to the good memories - hopefully they outweigh the bad... and then to look forward - move on with hope in your heart for the next experience.

Nobody can force you to forget, when somebody is trying to persuade you to it means she or he is the one who wants to forget. I dont know your story but I know forgetting is never possible. With time memories may fade but you'll never get them out of your mind. The only thing you can do is to accept them as part of what created you. I know Nietzsche is not a very popular philosopher but he was right saying "What does not kill us makes us stronger."

Ağlamak güzeldir.

Most people push pain and sorrowful memories away, and then call it 'forgetting'. But just like a smile needs to be smiled, a tear needs to be cried. Forgetting is not erasing something or someone from your mind. It is looking back in perspective, without falling back into that first fresh pain you had in the beginning. Forgetting must be remembering the good with a smile, remembering the bad with a lesson.
