Does the police have the right to beat civillians? Children? (in turkish)

The worst thing is that nothing is going to happen, the policeman will go unpunished and events will repeat themselves.

I think that many people in Hakkari are scared of the police in general, because they treat them like animals.  For example, they sometimes drive around their armored tanks and spray tear gas to the left and right, and all civillians have to flee or else, if they are in the wrong place at the wrong time, they may get a beating as well. It´s very common.
