Not that I´m a huge John Stuart Mill fan, but when single girls have children, they begin to understand; the freedom to  barbeque our lungs stops when you barbeque someone whose lungs absorb as much as 70% more than ours.  Don´t get me wrong; there´s shisha in my blood...

The government has every right to restrict smoking in public places. Most smokers are listless to the discomfort of other people. There are very strong words in the dictionary which I can use to describe the level of ignorance and rudeness of most smokers but I´ll let it go. Thoughtlessness must be a privilage enjoyed by smokers poisining their own children.

Actually, as a recent ex-smoker, I think I have a unique insite on this problem.  Smokers just don´t realize how offensive their smoke is to others who don´t smoke.   Now when I take a walk/ breath/ smell the air breaks, instead of smoke breaks, being confronted by a cloud of used tobacco smoke is not pleasant.  Some smokers are considerate, but many are not.  They just can´t smell things with the same intensity as none smokers, so they don´t know what they are doing.
