Did he get a promotion? Being what, head of the Translation Lounge? 
I am not aware of any promotions that he got, unless LIR or DK have done some promotions without informing the rest of the team...

Hmmmmm......today is a mixed day. I am feeling happy that the weekend is coming but frightened of tomorrow....biggest blood drive of the year = long-ass day!!!!
