http://www.turkishweekly.net/news/86646/turkish-man-tortured-to-death-in-belgian-prison.html

He had a quarrel with a traffic police, was taken into custody and beaten to death by wardens: he was only 31 years old.

The administration tried to hide the murder, but other witnessing inmates were in a revolt. Turkish Government amd many civil rights groups are pushing Belgium Justice now, for fairplay.

Where are the little mice of our group who never miss a chance to quote TARAF, when a junkie stabs a tourist in Istanbul?

I fear you might be fighting a lone battle here Alpha. Unsure You mentioned the Taraf... that is the paper thehandsome was reading when he mentioned the missing document in his last Turkish army conspiracy column. (fast) (fast) (fast)

For them, I have a very democratic proposal...I propose a nationwide referandum with following questions asked to all citizens of the Turkish Republic.

1- Do you define yourself as Turkish or Kurdish?

2. Let us give the Kurds the cities where they have majority of population. Yes, or no?

3. Let us let us kick all separatist Kurds out of Turkia. Yes, or no?

Let us do what the majority of citizens want. Viva democracy !

democracy is not the dictate of the majority. that`s actually the way how the akp fascists want to define democracy, but a referendum within the borders of kurdish populated cities would be more relevant. I`m all for a independent kurdistan. what are the benefits of the desert of south east to Turkey? Nothing. What are the costs? Hundreds of billions of dollars every single year, thousands of lives, terrorism, smuggling etc...

But I don`t think the government would want a seperation as the Kurds are the major source of islamic votes. if there hadn`t been the Kurdish votes, could akp have came into power?

and what`s the relevance of this to the thread?

Since when does there have to be relevance? Besides....it´s his thread. You can always just go back to your own.
