Ayna is one of my favourites. I especially like their pre-2000 works.

My latest discovery from former Yugoslavia is Merlin. He is a popular singer/songwriter in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is also popular in the other countries of the former Yugoslavia such as Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Republic of Macedonia, and Slovenia.

Then there is of course Goran Bregovic.

i dunno why people are interested in new bands.. the REAL turkish rockers are/were the old ones, some of them are not active now. like Whisky, they were amazing. the other ones : Kramp, Metalium, Grizu, Hazy Hill, Objektif, Kurtalan Ekspres, Mavi Sakal, Barış Manço, Moğollar .. but people usually listen some disgusting singers just for their popularity.
