Visa for Brits in Turkey

Last night I heard from a friend of mine that when her daughter visited from the UK last week she had to pay 15 GBP for the visa.

It used to be 10 GBP. I checked the Turkish consulate site in the UK and they still say 10 GBP.

Does anyone have other recent information? Has the visa changed for other countries e.g. USA?

My son and daughter-in-law paid £10 in May - well, actually, they didn´t because somehow they forgot they needed English currency so they were ´fined´ for paying in Turkish and I think it cost them about 35 tl each.
